Student Self Leadership - Student course
Leadership skills can be inspired and molded from an early age.
Through our partnership with Blanchard Institute - Blanchard’s non-profit foundation, and Intrepid by Vital Source, we are thrilled to offer a free Student Self Leadership course to students ages 14 to 18.
This four-week course is specifically designed for students at this age to help them understand the mindsets and skillsets needed to become self-leaders and efficient collaborators inside and beyond the classroom.

Champion LTE - Adult Course
Designed for parents and caregivers of students ages 14-18, the Champion LTE course is led by Blanchard Institute and offered as a free resource to provide adults with the necessary tools to support tomorrow's leaders.
By definition, a ‘Champion’ protects, fights for and supports. This four-week course enables adults to advocate for students and be their champions by learning basic leadership skills to coach and support teenagers at home or in the extended family.

Guidance to offer direction or support to students as needed
Tools to improve at-home or on-the-go conversations.

Champion PRO - Adult Course
Level up the skills needed to support students as an adult who teaches, leads or influences students professionally or in a community-centred capacity.
The Champion PRO course is also led by Blanchard Institute for four weeks, offering training similar to the Champion LTE course but diving deeper to explore how best to work with and support multiple students.
As ‘Champions’, adults in this space can learn in-depth professional leadership skills to coach and support high school teens and those taking the Student Self Leadership course.
