Xenia Sotiriou-Goddard, PhD is the executive coach and co-founder of Olive Consulting, leading as a trusted source of transformative leadership in Cayman’s business community. In addition to being certified by some of the industry’s top leadership experts, she has an extensive background and experience in education, coaching and psychology. Xenia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Psychology, which affords her a deeper understanding of multidimensional dynamics that propel people toward greatness.
With her experience and the resources of her global partnerships, Xenia has crafted this consultancy firm dedicated to providing world-class, exceptional learning and development training designed to help unlock the growth potential within individuals, teams and organizations.
